First of all congratulations to TEAM CANADA in winning GOLD in Vancouver (and a very successful 2010 Winter Olympics). Truthfully not many, including me, thought TEAM USA would win SILVER (or even be in the Medal Round at all in these games).
It does seem Sidney Crosby likes to spoil parties, like at the biggest attended NHL game ever back in 2007 (I’m sure you remember that one) and again in the Gold Medal Game too, but Ryan Miller showed the world he has nothing to be ashamed of…being awarded Olympic Series MVP. Let’s hope Ryan’s successful Olympic run will carry over for the Sabres for the rest of the regular season and into the playoffs!

Rod’s “ONCE IN ABLUE MOON” is out and it’s one he recorded back in 1992. Pieces have been released in different forms around the world, but 6 tracks have never been released in North America. Rod’s versions of the Stones’ “Ruby Tuesday,” Bob Dylan’s “The Groom’s Still Waiting At The Altar,” and Stevie Nicks’ “Stand Back” are all on it, and maybe because Rod recorded “Unplugged…And Seated” back in 1993 (which sold over 3 Million copies) is the reason he didn’t release “Once In A Blue Moon?” Look for it in a retro CD long box at your favorite store.
